As I have mentioned above, you start seeing familiar faces when you join the gym. If you stay absent from few days, these people will ask you where you have been and some of them who are working close to you may make a call to check if everything is alright. Moreover, the gym trainer will keep a check on your performance and ask you to improve and work harder if you found working improperly. All these things will make you regular in your gym routine as no one wants to listen to any negative remarks.
